I’ve been having longstanding neck down to lower back pains and aches for as long as I can remember. Been going to so many different physios in hospitals, all of which just helps me manage the pain but didn’t make any improvements. Trust me when I say A+ is the only one that made a huge difference for me and relieved most of pain. Both the therapists Mel and Alex have been extremely attentive and hands on. They are detailed when they attend to me and deploys multiple methods to help me relieve my pain, reduce soreness, and regain mobility. Highly recommended!

I came here for physio after struggling with serious shoulder pain. After just two sessions, I was completely pain-free! The therapist (Alex) was very professional and the treatments helped me a lot. I used to think physio was only for older people or post-surgery recovery, but now I truly believe everyone should go for regular body “maintenance.” Highly recommend this place! Price is reasonable too.
